Sample SyllabusDescription:
This course explores the important issues that arise when law and technology intersect. Topics to be studied include: school district policies for student use of the Internet and electronic publication of student works; administrative issues in school technology; legal considerations in regulating employee use of school technology; and copyright in the school domain. Lecture, discussion, case studies, policy papers and current controversies will be the source of content and teaching methods in this course.
