How to Apply 

  1. Application. The application form can be completed online.
  2. Transcripts. One official transcript is required from all colleges and universities attended, regardless of whether credit or a degree was obtained. Each transcript should show the titles of courses taken, grades or marks received, and the date and title for any degree(s) conferred. Transcripts must be enclosed in an envelope and signed across the seal by the registrar's office. Forward the transcript(s), along with the other application materials, to the Admissions Office. If your college or university will not give official copies of transcripts directly to students, please request that they send them (in sealed envelopes) directly to the Admissions Office.   3. Essay. All applicants are required to submit a 1000 word essay describing your academic and career goals as they relate to the program to which you are applying. You may upload your essay where indicated on the online application.
  4. Professional Resume. A professional resume is required at the time of application. Use the resume to highlight your academic and professional experiences.  Please click here to view a sample resume.
  5. Recommendations. Recommendation forms must be completed by three individuals who are able to evaluate your intellectual, academic or professional capacity. All recommendations must be submitted via the online application or in sealed envelopes, signed by the recommender across the seal, and enclosed with your other application materials or mailed directly by the recommender to our office.
  6. GMAT/GRE. All applicants are required to submit standardized test scores for either the Graduate Management Admissions Test (GMAT) or the Graduate Records Exam (GRE), (with the exception of the following programs: Master of Public Management (MPM), Master of Medical Management (MMM), Human Resources Management Certificate (HRMC), Educational Leadership Certificate (ELC) and Educational Technology Management Certificate (ETMC). If taking the GRE, only the general test is required. If you took either test more than five years ago, you must take it again. Test scores must be submitted directly by the Educational Testing Service (ETS). For more information on either exam, please contact ETS (GRE: 1-866-473-4373 or GMAT: 1-952-681-3680/ 1-800-717-4628).   7. Language Proficiency. Language Proficiency Exams- International English Language Testing System (IELTS) or Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL)
    All applicants whose native language is not English are required to submit official score results from either the IELTS or TOEFL. The only exception is for applicants who have received a degree from a university at which the education is conducted in English.

    Results from the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) are required of all applicants whose native language is not English. The only exception is for applicants who have received a degree from a university at which English is the primary language of instruction. If you took the test more than two years ago, you must take it again.

    Official scores must be submitted directly by IELTS. The minimum TOEFL score is 600 (250 computer-based test). If your score is below the minimum, you should consider retaking the TOEFL.     Official scores must be submitted directly by IELTS. For more information on the IELTS, please contact their office directly (Phone: +1-626-564-2954). The minimum IELTS score is 7. If your score is below the minimum, you should consider retaking the IELTS.
  8. For any materials that need to be sent via the post office or express mail (ALL official transcripts and any of the recommendation forms that will not be submitted via the online application), please use the following address:
