Lenin Bustamante Terreros, MPM 1998, is currently CEO for Alpha Consultoria Estrategica, a Mexico City based consulting firm specializing in marketing research, public opinion, political image, and political marketing studies. Alpha also provides training in higher management for public and private organizations. Lenin is also president of the non-profit organization "Mexican Association for the Political Transparency of the Government." He has worked for different government agencies, non-profit organizations, parties, and several political campaigns nation-wide. Lenin has been a professor at the Technology Institute of Monterrey, ITESM, Mexico State Campus in 1989-1990, and currently teaches at the UNAM-Acatlan Faculty in subjects of political science and theory of state and government. He also writes for an important Mexican political magazine Vertigo, and he is political speaker for broadcasting programs of the “Grupo Radio Centro.” In 1987, he received a bachelor degree in Political Science and Public Administration at the UNAM-Acatlan Faculty.

Josune Arcelus, MS 2004, is currently Senior Consultant for RE Consultores en Estrategia, a Mexico City based consulting firm that offers state and local governments services of political marketing and public management. Josune develops methodologies that help governments to successfully plan and implement public policies. Previous to that experience, she worked for INFOTEC, a government enterprise that develops IT solutions for both the private and public sectors. Josune worked within the Government Technology Division. Josune is also a member and founder of the Heinz-Mexico Initiative, which aligns the Heinz School with graduate institutions and government agencies in Mexico in order to increase understanding between future policy-makers of both countries and the Hispanic Community.
Jorge Hernandez Calva, MISM 2002, is currently National Coordinator for Digital Services at the National Commission for Arts and Culture of the Mexican Government. At CONACULTA, he is responsible for building a network of 2000 Digital Service Modules for Public Access Computing at Public Libraries under a $30 million donation from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and an additional $50 million from government and private funds. Jorge previously served as Division Chief for the Electronic Health Record Project at the Mexican Institute for Social Security. In addition to graduating from the MISM program, he received a bachelor degree in Computer Systems Engineering at the ITESM, Mexico City Campus in 2000.
Ricardo Perret Erhard, MS 2001, is CEO of Centro 1, a consulting firm specializing in innovation and productivity topics. He also is a consultant with the World Bank’s Poverty Reduction and Economic Management Unit in the Latin American and Caribbean region. In addition, he serves as external advisor to the Ministry of Economics for the creation of the National Innovation System, President of the Center for Strategies, Research and Training for Innovation and Professor of Globalization with Anahuac University. Prior to this, Ricardo was an Advisor to Mexico’s Deputy Minister of Finance. Ricardo has contributed to several publications on innovation, productivity, creativity and change and has conducted training sessions on these topics.
