Alumni Events 

You are invited to a variety of alumni events held in key geographic regions and on the Carnegie Mellon campus sponsored by the Heinz School, the Carnegie Mellon Alumni Office, other Carnegie Mellon schools or regional alumni chapters.

Networking Events

Each year, the school hosts several networking events to provide a convenient forum for employers to meet current students, faculty, staff and alumni. These informal receptions create opportunities for employers to identify prospective employees and interns. Events are held annually in New York, Washington, DC and Pittsburgh and every few years in Silicon Valley, Boston, Atlanta and Chicago.

You are encouraged to attend the event(s) and to sponsor informational site visits at your organization for current students. Alumni attending networking events will receive a copy of the Heinz School's Resume Book on CD.

Alumni Reunion Weekend and Homecoming

Each fall, alumni return to Carnegie Mellon and the Heinz School for a weekend of festivities. These include opportunities to catch up with classmates; alumni panels discussing cutting edge topics; presentations by current students; special recognition of 30th, 25th, 20th, 15th, 10th and 5th year reunion classes; and receptions in faculty homes.
