Robert B. Webb
Robert Webb is the Chief Operating Officer of Tucker Arensberg, P.C., a Pittsburgh-based law firm. He previously served as the first County Manager under Allegheny County's Home Rule Charter government and in various other positions for the County and the City of Pittsburgh over a 27-year career. In addition, Webb has been an Official Scorer for Major League Baseball since 1989. Webb has a degree in government from the University of Notre Dame, a law degree from Duquesne University, and was admitted to the Pennsylvania bar in 1975.
Robert Webb is the 2003 recipient of the League of Women Voters’ Good Government Award as well as the 2001 recipient of the Community College of Allegheny County’s Partnership in Education Award.
Robert Webb teaches Public Leadership at the Heinz School and is a faculty advisor for Systems Synthesis Projects.
Robert Webb is on the Board of Directors for The Pittsburgh Foundation, The Hill House Association, and the Salvation Army of Western Pennsylvania.
