Recruitment:

As an employer, you are required to pay a fee of up to 17% of the candidates total salary package if you recruit them through a recruitment agency regardless of the role. The Career Services Manager will offer the same recruitment service to you for no fee for service. In other words, you will receive the full recruitment service including exclusivity with the student of your choice – free of charge. In some instances, you will have to provide sponsorship to recruit overseas students and we can assist you with this process.

Sherry will meet with you to introduce our programs to you and discuss how best to assist you when looking to hire for talent. Sherry will offer to:

·         Advertise your organisation and positions to all Carnegie Mellon Students and Alumni

·         Receive resumes and pre-screening all applications from Carnegie Mellon students/Alumni and short list them in accordance to your skills requirements and key criteria

·         Arrange interviews, teleconferences and video conferences for interviews

·         Conduct reference checking, background checking and other requirements

·         Provide all feedback to unsuccessful student applicants from Carnegie Mellon

·         Ensure successful applicants are provided with follow up during their probation period
