Participants will also become more aware of their own culturally-based perceptions, patterns of thinking and behavior, communication styles, values and how they can be adapted to a diverse situation. Areas of discussion will also include problems and challenges facing multinational/transnational corporations and NGOs, including problems of intercultural communication and management, issues of leadership and decision making, cultural change, diversity management, and effective performance in today's global marketplace.
