Jonathan Rosenoer is Global Head of Operational Resilience and Risk Solutions at IBM and works in the Financial Services Sector. Previously, Jonathan was Partner at PWC, where he was a member of the Global e-business Leadership Team. Before then, Jonathan was one of the founding members of Arthur Andersen's core eCommerce initiative, Knowledge Enterprises, and was responsible for building their eCommerce readiness and risk assessment practice. He is also co-founder the Carnegie Mellon Operational Risk Engine Project. A successful author, Jonathan is author of Cyberlaw: The Law of the Internet(Springer Verlag) and The Clickable Corporation: Successful Strategies for Capturing the Internet Advantage (Free Press).

Mr. Rosenoer earned his JD from the University of California at Los Angeles, and is a member of the State Bar of California. He holds a BA, summa cum laude, from Boston College, and also attended the London School of Economics.
