Professional Experience

Dr. Troup-Leasure is a Research Associate in the Systems Research Division of The National Center for Juvenile Justice in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Her research focuses on the use of information to guide juvenile justice policy development and practice. Data gathered from site visits with juvenile justice professionals throughout the country support her research about the decision-making practices of juvenile justice professionals who are using their research results to support both case and program-level decision-making. Her resource publications assist juvenile justice professionals who are planning and implementing similar efforts. She has conducted numerous program evaluations in both the public and private sectors.
