Events
The Heinz School Career Services Office hosts a variety of activities for students to gain information and to learn about career opportunities for graduating students.
Networking Events
Each year, the school hosts several networking events to provide a convenient forum for employers to meet you, our faculty, staff and alumni. These informal receptions create opportunities for employers to identify prospective employees and interns. Events are held in various markets nationwide. We encourage employers in these cities to sponsor site visits for you to learn more about their organizations. Employers might ask you to interview at their site the day after a networking event -- be prepared for this possibility. The networking events have proved successful for past students in obtaining internships and full-time employment.
Careers that Make a Difference
This informal speaker series is designed to introduce students to career options in the public sector. Alumni, faculty and other professionals lead discussions on current policy issues and career options.
Policy, Technology, and Management Lecture Series
These programs provide opportunities for students to attend lectures and dialogue with national and international professionals about the unique opportunities and challenges associated with careers in government and non-profit organizations.
