Modern communication technologies -- especially the Internet -- are revolutionizing how citizens and clients interact with organizations of all kinds and how leaders and staff of organizations make decisions and provide services. This course introduces telecommunication technologies, Web site and portal design, and HTML and Dreamweaver authoring of Web sites with a focus on policy and management applications.
