Advanced IT Project Management

The way in which large sophisticated organizations approach IT projects is undergoing rapid change to reduce failure rates, better align projects with overall corporate strategy, improve coordination among related projects, and to refocus and improve accountability for business outcomes. This course will blend case and instruction based approaches on a variety of topics that explain and relate to these trends. Coursework will focus on:
