Accounting and Control in Not for Profit Organizations

This course provides an exposure to the language of nonprofit accounting and the financial skills required of managers of in not-for-profit organizations. Elements of the course include:

* Basic financial statements and reports
* Financing of operations and growth
* Cash flow management
* Budgeting for planning and control

Course activities will include case studies, lectures and discussion focused private not-for-profit organizations
