Do you need to request a room at Heinz College? Please fill out a request form.

Some of the rooms located in Hamburg Hall are controlled by Enrollment Services and must be reserved through their Space Quest reservation system. Confirmation for these rooms may take up to 5 business days.
To order IT equipment, please call Carnegie Mellon's Instructional Technology Department at (412) 268-2430.
To unlock rooms on the weekend, please call security at (412) 268-2323.
To cancel a reservation, please e-mail: hzrooms@andrew.cmu.edu.
Rooms can only be requested for the current semester. Requests for dates in future semesters will be placed on hold, pending final classroom schedule.
If you rearrange a room please return it to its original configuration so that the room will be ready for its next usage.
Please contact Glenn Molzer to arrange for additional trash receptacles or other special needs if you are providing food service.
