INTRODUCTION 

Crafting good policy and implementing good policy require fundamentally different abilities – and the public, private, and social sector leaders of today will be required to master the art of both theory and practice.  Our goal is to host a leadership development conference that develops a talent that cannot be learned in a classroom: the skill and strategy necessary to become an agent of change.

Eleven Leadership fellows, selected by the Dean of the Heinz school, have organized this conference to be a forum to bring community and business leaders together with students to discuss how leadership can be effectively applied in business, government and our local communities.  Please read more about the event and join us on April 6th to listen, discuss and think about how you can better apply these lessons to be an effective leader of change.
