Education Pioneers Company Presentation

Founded in 2003, Education Pioneers is a national human capital organization building the pipeline of talent to address the urban education crisis. There is a vast need for more talented leaders and entrepreneurs who can effect large-scale systemic change in urban education.

From 2009 to 2013, Education Pioneers will:

Recruit and support a total of 1,850 emerging leaders as it triples the Fellows Program from 180 Fellows in 2008 to 500 Fellows in 2013.
Increase the performance capacity of its strong and diverse portfolio of Partners by connecting them to these Fellows and more than 2,200 Education Pioneers Alumni.
Support its Alumni in rising to senior leadership positions in urban education and launching new schools or ventures as education entrepreneurs.
In following with the value we place on talent, Education Pioneers will continue to build and develop our internal staff with a strong focus on professional development and growth paths within the organization.
