Dissertation Title: Structural and situational facilitators of planned organizational network change. (Defending May 2010).

Committee: David Krackhardt (chair), Denise Rousseau, Linda Babcock 

Research Interests: Social network analysis, cognitive social structures, emotional intelligence, computational modeling and simulation of organizational behavior

Areas of Expertise: Social network analysis, agent-based modeling and simulation, meta-heuristic search and optimization

Career Objective: Investigate issues within organizational behavior and change using a fusion of social network and cognitive science perspectives.

Industrial Experience: Keith's career prior to beginning studies at the Heinz College includes an enlistment in the United States Navy, technical writing, university lecturing, and software engineering within multiple research and development settings.
