His role as the Chief Information Security Officer for a Fortune 500 managed service provider required the interpretation and implementation of laws, regulations, policies, and standards. He developed a methodology and associated security policy for providing shared services across a wide variety of supported agencies inside the executive, legislative, and judicial branches including TSA, DHS, HHS, DOJ, Census, and DoD.
