Refunds
Student account refunds for eligible full time students are processed automatically during the first week of classes in the Fall and Spring semesters. Refunds are subject to a manual review process by the HUB for all Summer and part time students. Questions about student account refunds may be addressed to the HUB.
The HUB encourages all students to authorize direct deposit of their student account credit balances into a checking or savings account by enrolling in E-Refund through Student Information Online (SIO). Students who do not sign up for E-Refund may pick up their refund check in the HUB after the refund appears as a charge on the student account.
