MPM Requirements
To earn a Master of Public Management degree, students must fulfill the following requirements:
- Successfully complete 144 units with a cumulative QPA of 3.0;
- Successfully complete MPM core curriculum.
To earn a Master of Public Management degree with a concentration in Educational Leadership, students must fulfill these requirements:
- Successfully complete 144 units with a cumulative QPA of 3.0;
- Successfully complete MPM core curriculum;
- Complete the Educational Leadership core.
The MPM program is designed to be completed in four semesters of full-time study. For part-time study, the coursework can be completed at a pace appropriate to a students personal and work responsibilities. Most students studying part-time complete the program in two years, but students have up to five years to complete the degree. Students who take at least 36 units (3 semester-length courses) per semester are considered full-time MPM students.
