MSPPM with Business Administration Minor with Tepper School of Business

The Heinz School's collaborative program with Carnegie Mellon's MBA is designed for students whose professional careers will require a detailed understanding of the interface between the private and public sectors and the issues that span management of business enterprises and public or not-for-profit organizations. The program focuses on issues related to regulation/deregulation, corporate-governmental relations and financial and operations management in the public and private sectors. Students complete the collaborative program in lieu of a Heinz School concentration. Students completing the program receive the degree of Master of Science in Public Policy and Management with a Minor in Business Administration.

If you are interested in the Collaborative Program and did not apply prior to coming to the Heinz School, you may still apply during the first year at the Heinz School. You must submit your application by February 1. See the Heinz Admissions Office or the MSPPM Program Director for more details. Interested students should be aware that different financial aid rules apply in the Collaborative Program. The Financial Aid Office at the Heinz School can determine the additional cost to you of participating in the program.
