InterviewTRAK

The Heinz School Career Services Office utilizes MonsterTRAK's on-line InterviewTRAK system to facilitate on-campus recruiting. This on-line system will allow you to electronically receive resumes, make your selections and schedule interviews. All Heinz students are registered on InterviewTRAK, which provides a large candidate pool for your consideration. Students and employers have 24/7 access to InterviewTRAK.

After you contact Osona Steave, Recruitment Coordinator, to arrange your on-campus visit, she will provide information on how to access the InterviewTRAK system to enter your job description. Note: Your campus recruitment visit will not be visible to the students on InterviewTRAK until the job description is entered into the system. Alternatively, you may send the job description to Osona, ods@andrew.cmu.edu, and she will enter it into InterviewTRAK for you.

Mary Lou will also provide you with an InterviewTRAK password in order to access the Employer Help Manual for InterviewTRAK..
