Request a Recruiting Date

On-campus recruiting takes place in the Fall (September - December) and Spring (January - April) semesters. The Heinz School Academic and Special Events Calendar provides dates for exams, holidays, student breaks and special events.

Please contact Mary Lou Brososky, Recruitment Coordinator, at 412-268-2166, lb2b@andrew.cmu.edu, to schedule a recruitment or presentation date. She will also assist you with our on-line, on-campus recruiting system, InterviewTRAK, which enables students to submit resumes for your up-coming visit 24/7.

Parking - Visitors may park in the East Campus Garage on Forbes Avenue, or if space is available, behind our building, Hamburg Hall. You must request space from the Recruitment Coordinator who will make the reservation for you.

Parking Violations: If you park illegally, you are responsible for paying the fine.
