You'll also be required to complete a practicum component that provides hands-on learning by working with real clients. This dual degree is a competitive credential to equip IT managers for leadership positions within their organizations. The entire degree is delivered in distance format.
The MSIT- MATI program is currently geared towards working IT professionals in Mexico, Central, and South America. This is a dual degree program whereby graduates will receive both a masters degree from Carnegie Mellon and a masters degree from Tecnológico de Monterrey. There is a required week on campus at both universities. The majority of the course delivery is via the well-regarded and tuned distance programs at CMU and ITESM.
