HRM Graduate Certificate Curriculum

Six courses (72 units) are required to complete the HRM Graduate Certificate Program. Since most students in the program work full-time, they enroll in one or two classes per semester. If you're pursuing this certificate while employed, you can satisfy the requirements in three to six semesters.

For your convenience, classes are held in the evening from 5:30 to 8:30 pm, Monday–Thursday. The evening schedule makes it possible for you to continue working full-time to earn the certificate without interrupting your career.

Though the HRM certificate is a significant credential, it is not a master's degree. However, units earned from the program may be applied toward the completion of the Master of Public Management (MPM) degree at Heinz College.

Negotiation 6 units
