Our intensive doctoral program seeks students with demonstrated academic ability and those who possess a commitment to interdisciplinary research on significant public policy, management and information technology issues. Each entering class is small; a typical cohort is 6 to 8 students.

The deadline for submitting applications is December 15 for the PhD in Statistics and Public Policy and the PhD in Machine Learning and Public Policy.
The application deadline is January 10 for the PhD in Public Policy and Management, PhD in Information Systems and Management, and all other joint degree programs.
