Elective Areas

The MSPPM core curriculum combines classes in policy, management and technology to ensure that students are equipped to lead and manage organizations in the public interest. Beyond the required coursework, students can choose from a variety of elective classes that correspond to their career interests. Some students focus their electives in one specific area, while others take a broad sampling of policy topics and methods classes. Students work closely with their academic advisor to select the classes that best achieve their individual goals.

Because of our faculty’s expertise and the historical interests of our students, we have rich sets of elective course offerings in a number of areas.
