Mission:
The Heinz HealthCare Club is a forum for students to engage in events relating to all aspects of the healthcare industry from health policy, hospital management, pharmaceuticals to global health. Examples of club activities include discussions of health care reform, lecture series followed by reception with leading experts in their fields, alumni panel discussions, happy hours, networking events and much more. The club encourages members to participate in professional organizations such as ACHE or HIMSS and attend conferences such as UPenn’s Wharton Health Care Business conference. Other activities include regularly held general meetings and site visits to local health facilities.
