Mitra Addresses Pittsburgh Budget Crisis

Heinz School alumnus Abhisek Mitra, MSPPM '01, is one of several young professionals addressing the city of Pittsburgh's budget crisis. Mitra, a real estate developer with the Urban Redevelopment Authority, was named to the Guyasuta Fellowship program, which identifies young people who recommend city improvements. Mitra suggestions included a tax increment financing strategy to aid long term development.
