Robert Bartolacci

Adjunct Faculty

Robert Bartolacci is the Executive Vice President for financial and human resource affairs at a national transportation / logistics company.

His professional background is defined in relatively equal proportions across senior for-profit leadership, graduate-level academics and board-level non-profit management. For-profit experiences include senior executive financial positions with a federal contractor, president of an environmental engineering firm, and financial manager of a $1.6 billion national healthcare company. Academic experiences include current positions as Adjunct Assistant Professor of Finance at the Heinz College, and adjunct faculty of graduate-finance and human resource leadership at Duquesne University. His non-profit management background has included board leadership at special-needs education, human service, international aid and distribution, and environmental (land preservation) non-profits.

Mr. Bartolacci holds a Masters degree in Financial Analysis and Management from Carnegie Mellon University, a Bachelors degree in Business Systems and Accounting from St. Vincent College, is a Certified Public Accountant, and a Certified Internal Auditor. From a knowledge base exceeding 20 years of financial management, public and private accounting experience, Mr. Bartolacci has been teaching graduate-level business courses for more than 15 years. His corporate experiences have been primarily focused on increasing returns through corporate restructures, acquisitions and divestitures, turnaround management, risk mitigation and operational and financial management.
