Andy Richman is a member of the adjunct faculty at the Heinz College of Information Systems and Public Policy and has taught for the MSPPM program since 2008.
In this role, he has supervised a wide range of student projects, on behalf of clients including: Lab@OPM, National Science Foundation, the Government Accountability Office, the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services and Environmental Protection Agency.
Outside of Heinz, Andy is active in business and has spent his career working at the interface of innovation, technology and policy. He is currently a Partner at ProductSavvy, a leading product innovation consultancy which supports early-stage and middle-market technology companies develop new products. He also leads a technology startup which has developed a new technology for creating interactive content focused in the media and education space. Prior to these activities, he was President of Matrix International, Executive Director and co-founder of Matrix Knowledge Group (UK) and between 2010-2011, Co-President of College Measures, an education technology joint venture between the American Institutes of Research and Matrix.
