Lead the Next Wave of Enterprise AI

Build, govern, and scale agentic AI systems that drive enterprise value

Leading Enterprise Agentic AI Development (LEAAID) Certificate Program

The next phase of artificial intelligence is already reshaping how organizations operate. Agentic AI—systems that can reason, act autonomously, and collaborate with humans—are moving from experimentation to enterprise deployment.

In the Leading Enterprise Agentic AI Development Certificate Program, you'll develop the capabilities to design, deploy, and govern AI-driven systems that deliver measurable business value. Developed in conjunction with Carnegie Mellon University's renowned Chief Data and AI Officer (CDAIO) Program, this experience equips you with the strategic, technical, and operational fluency needed to lead in an emerging AI landscape.

You'll gain a practical understanding of agent-based systems, multi-agent architectures, AI governance, and enterprise AI strategy, along with the frameworks required to align innovation with accountability, security, and risk management.

The shift to agentic AI is fundamentally changing how enterprises operate. Governing and scaling these systems so they can be trusted, controlled, and aligned with organizational objectives is where the real leadership work begins. Anand Rao | Distinguished Service Professor of Applied Data Science and AI, CMU's Heinz College
