Room Reservation - 25 Live
The 25Live portal is monitored during the business week by a staff member. To ensure approval, please submit your room requests 2-3 business days ahead of time.
The firstname.lastname@example.org email is monitored during the business week by a staff member. Please use this email over a personal email.
For Heinz-affiliated students:
You may request a room for up to 90 minutes. You may submit a reservation for the month we are currently in. Your request may be edited for time and for the dates requested. If you have a question regarding your request, please send your code (ex: 2022-AFIOEF) to email@example.com to request the status of your request. If you are requesting more than the allotted time, dure to a presentation, your professor must vouch for your request via firstname.lastname@example.org.
For non-Heinz students:
You may not qualify to receive rooms. Please submit reasoning to email@example.com if you still would like to request a room.
For TA Office Hours:
Include your course number in the title of your request. (ex: 92-100 TA Office Hours) as well as in the “event type” qualification.
For Heinz-affiliated staff/faculty:
Please leave 2-3 business days prior to your event.
