Andrew Gordon is an adjunct instructor of professional writing, and a content strategist and educator specializing in professional and technical communication. He also has a special faculty appointment in the Carnegie Mellon University Department of English where he teaches professional and technical writing. He works as a content strategist at Catchy, a Seattle and UK-based software developer marketing consultancy.

With more than 15 years of experience in developing scalable communication systems, user enablement content, and strategic marketing content, Andrew's work centers around aligning usability needs with product strategy through clear, user-centered content. His experience spans regulated and technical domains and industries, including big tech developer platforms, IoT, AI, crypto, SaaS, healthcare, finance, energy, and civic organizations.

Beyond the office and the classroom, Andrew serves on the Board of Directors of the Wilkinsburg Public Library, the Arts and Humanities Department Advisory Board at Robert Morris University, and as a coach of the Mock Trial Team at Peters Township High School.

Education: MA in Professional Writing from Carnegie Mellon University
