Benjy Grinberg is the Founder and CEO of Rostrum Records.

Rostrum is an independent record label founded in 2003 in Pittsburgh, PA and is now located in Los Angeles, CA. Rostrum has a diverse roster which includes artists such as DC The Don, Mod Sun, Cornelius, Wiz Khalifa, KT Tunstall, 24hrs, Dwn2Earth, Mac Miller, and The Bird and The Bee. Over the course of the last seventeen years Rostrum has sold millions of albums and tens of millions of singles, while constantly discovering and embracing new ways for their artists to get their music out and build lasting relationships with fans. Rostrum's artists have been nominated for a combined total of eleven Grammy Awards. 

Grinberg was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania. Upon graduating, Grinberg moved to New York City to pursue a career in the music industry. Three months after moving to NYC, Grinberg got his official start in music as Antonio “LA” Reid’s assistant. After gaining experience at Arista Records, Grinberg wanted to try his hand at finding and developing artists of his own. Grinberg’s focus on artist development has largely contributed to Rostrum’s success and longevity.

The label was named one of Vibe magazine's "Top 5 Labels to Watch in 2012" and XXL magazine's "Top Rising Indie Label in 2011". Grinberg was named #23 on The Source magazine's annual Power 30 list in its September 2011 issue. 
In 2013, Grinberg was named one of Billboard’s “40 under 40”. He is also a voting member of the Grammys.
