Michelle Horton has more than 20 years’ experience working with nonprofit organizations, specializing in arts and culture fundraising.
Throughout her career, Michelle has developed fundraising strategy to resource highly ambitious organizations and initiatives. Michelle has extensive experience managing high-performing fundraising teams, fundraising planning and campaigns, cultivating and securing transformative gifts, and sustainably growing unrestricted contributed revenue. Michelle serves in an executive role at Carnegie Museums of Pittsburgh, overseeing institutional giving and major gifts for arts and humanities initiatives.
