Lola Komisin Mason is an Adjunct Faculty member at the Heinz College of Information Systems and Public Policy.
I have designed and directed corporate-wide initiatives related to leadership and management development, 360 degree feedback, performance management, culture change and team effectiveness.
Drawing on my background as a psychotherapist, I have provided coaching to executives and managers in healthcare, business, and education and have presented internationally in the areas of leadership development, career management, feedback, communication skills, conflict management, teambuilding and coaching. I am certified in a variety of assessment tools for executive coaching and team development including the Myers-Briggs Step II, FIRO-B, Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode, Bar-On Emotional Intelligence Assessment, Hogan Personality (HPI), 360-degree Benchmarks, 360 Voices, 360 Bar-On EQi and Spectrum CPI for leadership assessment and development.
