Lekisha Middleton, the founder of The Good Success Network, is the "go-to coach" for "go-to leaders" and changemakers. She is a sought-after transformational speaker, executive coach and future-of-work strategist who is focused on creating a workforce that is equipped and a workplace that is diverse, equitable and inclusive. She has advised and coached thousands of leaders worldwide and teaches her clients how to align their work with their purpose and values, so they can live a life that they love and leave a legacy they are proud of.
With over 25 years of experience delivering change on a global scale, Lekisha is a proud techie and human advocate who is driven by the desire to empower people, especially underrepresented and minoritized groups, with the tools and strategies necessary to achieve success in every area of their lives. Lekisha is a Certified Personal and Executive Coach through the CaPP (Coaching and Positive Psychology) Institute and an active member of the International Coach Federation. She is also a certified Project Management Professional and holds a Master of Science in Information Technology Management from Carnegie Mellon University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Management Information Systems from the University of South Carolina.
Whether she is dealing with 1:1 clients, teams, or an entire organization, all of her work is centered around transformation and positive impactful change. Her consulting and coaching clients experience the safe space to clarify their vision, cultivate their strengths, and gain the confidence needed to move forward into their most optimal path.
