Seema Thakker began her career as a production associate at ABC Studios, working on programs such as LOST, Grey's Anatomy and Desperate Housewives.
She transitioned into affiliate marketing, taking roles at Lifetime Television, AT&T U-verse and Disney-ESPN Media Networks where she led partnership campaigns between cable providers and cable networks, including Lifetime’s annual Stop Breast Cancer for Life and ABC Family's 25 Days of Christmas. Seema also created and led on-air and social media promotions and campaigns for networks including ABC, Disney Channel, NFL Network, Bravo.
In 2012, Seema transitioned to Enso Collaborative, a creative agency focused on uniting business success with social impact. There she led the team on the launch of Google Fiber in Kansas City and worked across various groups at Google including public policy, small business and Google.org. Seema also led branding and activation campaigns for Humanity United, University of Santa Monica and WakaWaka. Seema is currently consulting for a variety of companies including Participant Media and YING Bank.
Seema, a Kansas City, Missouri native, holds an MBA from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management, with a focus on international business as well as an MA in Television-Radio-Film from Syracuse University.
